Returns
- Exchange can be done within 7-10 business days
- RETURN/ EXCHANGE CAN BE DONE WITHIN 7-10 business days
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged.
To return an item:
- Please contact Jass Perfumes customer service by email at info@worldofjass.com or by phone at (+91) 44-49721021 to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Once you have received an RA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of your packing slip with the returned item.
- Ship the return package to the following address:

Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds will get settled within 5 business days.
Exceptions
- We cannot accept returns for items that are on sale or clearance.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been personalized or customized.
- We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect.
Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to receive a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
